Big game.
I don't care if it takes a Gervinho fluke in stoppage time but this has got to be a win.

I'd take a point. But hope for 3.
3-0
Twat these twats.
This is on Sky Sports 2.
Come on Arsenal.
Hope this victory will be the one that finally sends that **** Tony Gale into cardiac arrest.
2-0.
Wilshere shouldn't start. Not only because he looked rusty against Norwich, but because he and Cazorla just don't function together.
Drop Cazorla back and play Podolski and Oxo/Theo on the wings. Oxo gives an extra body in midfield at times and adds little bit guile if Everton pack the defence.
Mertesacker back in for Vermaelen too of course.
3-2 (Cazorla, Groo, Walcott, Anichebe, Bainesy).
Fabianskis
Sagna Mertesacker Vermaelen Gibbs
Wilshere Rosicky Cazorla
Walcott Podolski Oxlade-Chamberlain
Mate can't make this because of shifts so have a spare if anyone wants (north bank lower) :scarf:
Pass
Fabianksi
Sagna
Koscielny
Vermaelen
Monreal
Arteta
Cazorla
Ramsey
Walcott
Giroud
Podolski
Despite Wilshere getting back to fitness I wouldn't have him in the team, he was well off the pace yesterday.
Rosicky fit for this?
He was in training today by the looks of it.
Rosicky back.
Fabianski big doubt with little rib.

Gibson long-ranger v Szczesny? :rose:
Hope Chesney has recovered from his meltdown.
miralles better not start
cant believe wenger chose giroud over him
been one of the best strikers in the league this year but wenger went for the french poser instead
wenger :haha:
The problem is that he is not Van Persie... if he had come in place of Aliadiere, he would have been considered good but since he replaced RVP, he needed to be doing stepovers, dictating play, hitting 100 mph FK's etc. Sometimes you just cant argue with numbers and having a hand in 30 goals for the club in his first full season is truly remarkable. His movement can be better but again, he is trying to get to understand his teammates and the constantly changing wingers- sometimes Theo, Gervinho, Ramsey, Podolski, Cazorla, does not help.
miralles was injured for a large chunk
much more mobile than giroud and works harder. giroud is great coming off the bench as a game changer, a plan B, but he's no plan A. he's slow and mechanic.
miralles causes havoc. giroud stands around with his tongue hanging out.
Mirallas is a threat but lets not pretend we've got a dud in Giroud by comparison.
I'd rather have giroud tbh.
Moyes was sayin only the other day that miralles needs to man up a bit as he keeps signalling the bench to come off with the slightest little knock or scrape.
At least giroud just keeps playing no matter how many times he gets kicked.
Big sexy will be better next season. You cannot knock his contribution so far.
Giroud has done OK but his game needs work. not just for Arsenal but for himself. France has no striker of note right now and he could make himself the default choice by improving his game. He needs to improve his hold up play, especially when the team is under pressure and the ball is lofted over to him. If only everyone had Berbatovs first touch
He could use a renown striker coach to help him out but our coaches are shit. Imagine if we had Bergkamp, Wrighty or even Alan Smith. showing these guys the ropes.
I believe he will be better next season though, he just has to.
Think we'll win 2-1
2-1 is my prediction as well.
Little bit nervy night but I think we'll edge it.
Chesney returns.
Merts, Wheelchair and Theo also start.
These Merseyside bunnies will get smashed, and smashed well.
Come On You Gunners. :scarf:
Wrighty and Graeme Sharp are in the studio.
Nice glasses Wrighty.
Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs, Arteta, Ramsey, Wilshere, Cazorla, Walcott, Giroud (via @arsenal)
Wenger use the word "spirit" six times in his press conference :haha:
Isn't Wilshere still not 100% fit and Wenger said he wouldn't risk him again?
Wilshere is a GHEL, let's face it, this is going to be a common theme for him throughout his career - playing when he really shouldn't be.
Barkley plays for Everton. I assume Osman is injured.
Harsh on Fabianski.
The 7-0.
That was a fun game.
It makes me weep to see all that!
