3-0 to England. Whitewash prevented by the weather and Michael Clarke.
No ball, bad luck!
Might watch the highlights on channel 5.

Awful sport.
Tea break :haha:
Any sport that can last 5 days and still end in a draw is a shit sport.
Graeme Swann regrets the absence of England's premier cheerleader 'Billy the Trumpet' for his home Ashes Test - but has reluctantly accepted the decision to ban musical instruments at Trent Bridge.
Swann describes it as a "shame" Barmy Army trumpeter Billy Cooper will not be allowed to serenade England's Test cricketers in this week's first match of the series.
England and Nottinghamshire off-spinner Swann said: "Personally I think it is a shame.
"I know the whole team are behind Billy, and the Barmy Army are a massive part of the English team."
:pal: :pal: :pal:
Also I read the Ashes will be on Youtube for those in mainland Europe.... or those savvy enough to pretend to be :ninja:
Beefy is going for a 10-0 England win
Chances of that?
It's tough to give Australia one victory over here with much confidence. But they might win one off the back of their bowling and a couple of days of decent batting. 3-1 sounds about right.
Last time the Ashes was relevant was in 05; since it went off channel 4, it just doesn't seem to be a buzz around it with everyone.
I wouldn't say that's the case at all, especially if Australia do actually win the first test.
I'll be glued to it when I can.
The Ashes are awesome, if only for the sledging.
Agar starts for Australia.
Pigeon awarded him his cap.
Wonder if he is doing commentary anywhere.
Sky's hour long hype session starts in a minute.
Nasser has a SkyCart. :haha:
WTF? :haha:
Athers is in The Ashes Zone! Mini cricket area.
Oh look, a soft cover version, this time of Crazy (the Gnarls one).
England win the toss and will bat first.
Pomp and Circumstance.
Trott is a Spurs fan?
Sounds as though McGrath will be commentating on TMS.
Jerusalem.
It's nearly time.
Pattinson starts off with a wide.
Channeling the spirit of Harmison.
He bowls to the left....
...He bowls to the riiiiiigghhht
Where's Mitchell Johnson when you need him :(
Pattinson is swinging it, sadly swinging it nowhere near the batsmen.
Warner's tache.
So looking like the only time there will be some cloud cover.....suprised we didn't opt to bowl and use Jimmy....
Meh. What do I know.
Darren Pattinson
Mitchell Johnson jr is bowling well. Sort of.
Root gets his first runs, pulls one away for four.
Pattinson unlucky, great delivery.
Pattinson.
Getting angry.
Decent start from Strauss.
I think the word judicious might be lost on Bumble, Strauss.
27-1, Pattinson gets Cook!
Loose drives as ever for England.
Good bowling. Found some rhythm after a poor start.
Now it's Trott time.
"I'd be tempted to give Starc a blow." You were going so well Strauss.
