Perfect game to "see where we stand" as Wenger puts it. It'll be competitive, much more so than the pre-season friendlies. Better to get a wake up call now than in a league game like v Villa last year.
Interesting sub plots - Chambers against top quality strikers, Debuchy's attacking qualities over Sagna, Wilshere and Chamberlain's little bit sharpness levels, and hopefully Campbell getting a chance to build on a good WC/pre-season.
I hope that Arsenal win.

Maybe harsh on Jack to get dropped but at the moment I'd much rather move Santi to the centre (long been an advocate of not playing him on the left) and play Campbell who looks to want to prove himself here. It's up to Jack to work harder and regain his place because he hasn't been impressive for a long time now. Even Tony Adams was having a go at him today.
Hope WUMget goes for the kill with Sanchez, Sanogo, Campbell, Ox all involved. Citeh are missing important players. No need to be conservative and hand them initiative with a timid front six.
Cazorla doesn't deserve to start in any position at the moment.
If we pick a positive team then I think we'll win 3-1.
