TV has ruined football. Dumped a whole lot of money in so the owners and playa can scrape it all back out, shat on every tradition in the process.
We've got a flawless record against the Barcodes in recent times. Then again, so did we with West Ham...
An away day pub special;
1-2.
1-0 win
Ray Kennedy in injury time with a header
0-3
Ozil hattrick - yawn.
Comfortable win and Wenger will bury his wallet at the final whistle.
Absolutely anything can happen, God knows what the score will be or what type of team will show up.
No easy games in this league. Not for us anyway.
We'll crush them.
All momentum has been drained now and we are rock bottom in terms of expectation, so this should be an easy win to generate a new false dawn.
Kos a doubt for this one.
Toon are shit but so are West Ham and that went well. 1-0 Chambers OG but we still won't need a striker that could hit the broadside of the barn (#bringbackPoldi)
1-1
Away win. That Wijnaldum looks really good though.
Merts is still ill and remains out.
Late decision on Kos.
If Chambers starts at CB i expect us to lose this, he looks rash and very wasteful in posession. Koscielny better fix his back otherwise this is gonna end in tears.
Kos + another CB, 1-2, no Kos, no Merts, 2-1.
Both Kos and Merts unlikely to play according to Wenger. Chambers getting his games after all. Hope Kos doesn't have one of those 2 week slight niggles that will keep him out for 6 months.
You never know, he might play Monreal at centre half.
We will lose, Wenger won't retire, he'll collect £8m, we won't buy, I will cry, I will argue with and belittle strangers and my life will be over.
1-5 Gabriel hat-trick.
What was the concern for most of us pre-season. How are we going to score goals without a top striker? - 2 blanks in 3 games. How will we cope with an injury to Kos, leaving us with a slow, old German & the inexperience of Chambers/Gabriel - look what happened 1st half against Pool. Against a team with better attacking options we would have been 4 or 5 goals down. Already our concerns are valid. The other concern was - What happens if Coq gets injured or banned - this will be only be a few weeks away.
Apparently Merts has a chest infection but won't take antibiotics to clear it up. I don't much like the one step up from leech pushing quacks that call themselves doctors either, but it's scientists that came up with the very few simple drugs that actually work so sometimes you have to take a Paracetamol if you have a headache. Maybe he's just being nice and doing us a favour. Gabriel is better, isn't he?
Funny how Letters has relocated from these parts. Now whose gonna tell me i`m kneejerk reacting
It's tough when you've argued against reason for so long & then suddenly the reality hits. All the crap about progress & improving under Wenger - we had 9 points out of the 3 corresponding fixtures to those played so far - against 4 this time round. Murdered Liverpool last season at home, we were lucky not to have been 5 down at half time last week.
After the utter disgraceful lack of spending during the summer even the most blinkered Wengerites must realise the guys past it

Or He's been on holiday
Must win. Anything else and we are in crisis.
No idea which Arsenal will turn up today, I'm not confident of us winning TBH. We need to win though, it's absolutely essential.
I'm not quite as concerned about Chambers as most...... Liverpool was a bigger test and he came through it without too much consequence. I'm more concerned we find our attacking mojo......we tend to have open games with Newcastle too so there should be plenty of chances.
Mitrovic is exceptional in the air so no giving him an inch I hope.....and Wijnaldum is one of the most cultured imports to the league I've seen in a while....
I think we'll give them a good hiding. 1-2.
