Easy win
Ozil hat trick?
0-3
didn't think anyone was going to bother.
we will now win our next 9 games to win the league as we have cleverly been knocked out of the cups. We just need to improve our efficiency 5% in front of goal and show good determination and focus at the back. the players will fight for every minute of every game as with the right attitude these things will be achieved. Walcott will become the player that he is when his contract is in the last 12 months.
4-0 Ozil 2 Sanchez 2
Seriously we don't look like beating anyone, no confidence in front of goal, individual errors at the back
So can imagine us pottering about for most of the game, grabbing a goal we barely deserve and then going on to win comfortably.
It's because it's precisely what we don't look like being capable of at the moment.
But because Wenger can't lose this game, we won't.
It's about time we started to pub wins out again.
If we start quickly, 1-2.
If we ponder around without doing much then Lukaku and Barkley will athlete ball us to hell. 3-0.
3-1 loss.
Lukaku with 2 goals and one OG by Kos. Our goal will be scored by Giroud.
Martinez to narrowly lose 5-6 to Wenger on touchline moaning.
If we follow the trend of the last three seasons we won't lose as we have lost seven times already
3-1.
We will go down 2-0 early on, score on the 70th minute, chase the equalizer and get caught on the break for the 3rd.
Meh
The Toffees to scrape this one. Cue wenker to then whip out the much recycled "leetle beet jaded" line.
No idea what Arsenal will turn up. Starting 11 will probably be similar to the Barca game but with Campbell coming in for Iwobi, Coquelin for Flamini and Merts for Gabriel.
Elneny took a few shots, scored a good goal and overall had an impact so I expect him to be benched for this.
Only one change from Barcelona line up
Coquelin for Flamini
2-1. We will ride our luck a bit, score a good goal against the run of play and hold on to the 80th minute looking faintly threatening on the break.
Then Wenger will summon all his experience of 20,000 subs, haul off Ozil and welbeck for defensive-minded players, Everton will come on to us and we will concede two late goals (lukaku and Barkley). Cue rapturous scenes in bt sport studios.
I am really looking forward to this one.
I am glad he's stuck with iwobi. Interested to see what the lad can do with a run in the team.
Consistency for the line up.
Good team.
Can't argue with the line up, probably our strongest right now. Campbell a little unlucky to be dropped but Iwobi has looked good.
This is what I don't get about the guy. One minute he's pulling form players out of the line-up because they are little bit needle flickering on edge of red zone, next he's sending out unchanged line-ups in quick succession. Then he picks out certain individuals and plays them into the ground regardless. I think the team today is fine and I don't buy that players can't handle a couple of games a week. But why does his thinking on this flip from one extreme to the other?
Anyway, this team should have more than enough to beat a very ordinary Everton. If we can't turn up today then forget about turning up for the rest of the season. You would like to think the manager and players will look at this shambles of a season and quickly realise the only way to claw a bit of respect back is to win the next 9 games.
Because he doesn't know what he's doing, when results are going ok he stills with the same team and runs them into the ground and when it's not he panics and changes things.
The performance if not the result against Barcelona was decent, and although I'd swap Welbeck and Sanchez positionally, because Sanchez is becoming predictable with the cutting inside and Welbeck works his nuts off but couldn't finish a personalised pizza....or just get them to alternate would make sense.
Everton: Robles, Baines, Funes Mori, Jagielka, Coleman, McCarthy, Besic, Cleverley, Lennon, Barkley, Lukaku.
I think we will win today because we have to, we have left it too late to decide the outcome of the title and the likelihood is we will finish second or third because I think Leicester will do enough in their winnable games to cross the line
And I still think especially at home, the results won't come.....playing at its best this team could very well win all our remaining away fixtures but Watford, crystal palace, west Brom I'm not so confident.
But none the less if we win will be supporting Bournemouth and palace this weekend.
Ashton has just said there are "3 or 4 voices in the media still supporting Wenger", but otherwise the support has gone. Don't know what that means. Does it matter who they "support"? As far as I can see they support whoever is winning and crucify the rest. He termed the fans' reactions as a "witch hunt".
Anyways, can't watch the game as per usual

Come on Arsenal you useless fucks.
I wonder how many minutes I'll be watching today until I switch it off.
Completely inured to the game today.
would be nice to win a game again though.
Off we go. COYG!
Neary 1 down already  :ilt:
Just read that Everton have recently had
