This match is too soon. The fans aren't getting enough rest, how can we be expected to cope with such trying circumstances? We might start cheering for the wrong team or something!:faint:
We will show our togetherness and spirit in this one.
The away fans have to sort themselves out. Heroes don't rush machine gun nests just because they are there, they do it for a tactical purpose. And fan loyalty has a tactical aspect too and can't just be a matter of blind devotion. The away fans need to stay away. A strong message needs to be sent to Kroenke, Wenger and the players. I'm hearing the players won't play for Wenger any more. So be it. I can understand that. But what about playing for the fans? Did they forget about that? Again? So they need a strong message sent too.
Unfortunately you have fans, all well intentioned but foolish nonetheless, who think fan status is measured in appearances, come snow, hurricanes or volcanoes. Them's the old days, when the clubs had a connection with the fans. This level of loyalty is actually harmful in the modern game, it's an open invitation to be abused by clubs that care more about the money than the football. Staying away is the real act of loyalty to the best interests of the club. Wenger has to go. And the only way he'll go is if he's forced to go. And the only person who can force him to go is Kroenke. And the only reason Kroenke would do that is if his wallet is impacted. So the fans need to stay away. It won't affect Kroenke's wallet immediately, but it'll give him a hint of what might happen come season ticket renewal time and future sponsorship deals.
Zero fans please. It has to be.
GW is in good spirits I see
This is the WORST time to face Arsenal, insists Brighton boss Chris Hughton ahead of Premier League clash

Thursday should have been a bit of a wake up call and it wasn't, so I don't think beating Brighton tomorrow is a gimme.
Burnley are now 5 points behind us, do we look above or below?
Arsenal are unbeaten in 34 #PL matches against promoted sides (won 29 & drawn 5)
:ninja:
:trophy:
2-1 loss but we will win more corners
Almost 100% sure we will lose this. 2-1 or 3-1. Murray and Gross.
Yeah I am struggling to see how we win this. Usually wenger has a habit of winning games after big defeats but I feel like things are different now. The team dont want him, the fans dont want him, his goose is cooked.
Is anyone watching this?
Another loss would have to result in crisis talks about Wenger's job.
Talk that will be greeted by Wenger in the same way the bard from Asterix the Gaul treated violent criticism of his singing. Those ungrateful, ignorant, philistines! I shall sing at twice the volume so my true fans can hear above all the absurd protests.
I think we’ll win, despite the appalling away record. Feels like Wenker has reached his nadir this week so the only way is up I guess. Or in our case, the only way is to stay exactly where we are in 6th.
We must show spirit and mental toughness and accept the challenge of Burnley and, as well, if we can do it we will do it. Nothing is certain, certain referees may not award the correct stoppage time, but it is mathematically possible I will explain all this in a book.
Only Chelsea, Liverpool and City have won at Brighton this season.
Whats the story with Kolasinac? he was good in the first few weeks but hes gone toilet since and looks like he has never played football in his life. Slow to recover, easy to go past, doesnt contribute enough at both ends and the way he was done for the first City goal was seriously bad.
Arsenal have to put in another diabolical performance to keep the pressure on Wenger, it is the only way he will leave in the summer.
His position is rock solid, he is stubborn beyond belief and is head is wedged up Kroenke's arse.
If anyone thinks it is inevitable that he will go in the summer, they are very wrong and I will still be surprised if he leaves in 2018.
I am a HUGE Brighton fan today, I want a 6 nil beating.
Henry, Redknapp and Souness to put the boot in.
Brighton: Ryan; Scheletto, Duffy, Dunk, Bong; Stephens, Propper, Knockaert, Izquierdo, Gross; Murray.
Subs: Krul, Goldson, Bruno, Kayal, March, Ulloa, Locadia.
Arsenal: Cech; Koscielny, Mustafi, Chambers, Kolasinac; Iwobi, Wilshere, Xhaka, Mkhitaryan, Ozil, Aubameyang.
Subs: Ospina, Holding, Welbeck, Bellerin, Maitland-Niles, Elneny, Nketiah.
Xhaka lol why is this wasteman still starting games for us?
Chambers in for Bellerin, good god. I don't rate chambers, Iwobi in. It's going to be a tough afternoon!
Bellend dropped.
I blame AFTV.
As usual. Wenger being a stubborn goat. Drop Bellerin, why not play DeBouchey. No instead he will put Chambers in the hole again. Poor guy, Wenger really hates him.
Iwobi on the wing to make it 10v11. He might as well have dropped Welbeck in there to really make it easy for Brighton.
Chris Hughton will be licking his chops
Few late changes to the Arsenal line up, hence @Arsenal’s delay in getting the starting XI graphic out. Ramsey banished to the sidelines for being the rat.
