Sheffield gave Liverpool their hardest game this season. They got a decent point at Chelsea and won at Everton. They are intense, organised and have plenty of good players in attack.

They've conceded the second least....but have scored the third least so the danger is we have one of those days when the attack is blunt and only come away with a point.
Laca being back and Tierney at least on the bench if not starting should help.

Interestingly we are 3rd after 8 games compared to last season (4th) but we are 8 points of the top where as we were 2 off City last season. We have also won less on 15 points compared to 18.
Tierney and Bellerin have to start now. I'd like to see Holding as well but think Emery will stick with the chuckle brothers at CB.
Think Bellerin could do with sitting this out and Chambers has been one of our best players....but Holiding and Tierney should be starting.
Holding has actually played at least 5 games since his return from injury so just drop someone already.
We should be winning this, but won't put it past Emery to pick the wrong team and mess this up.
We have to be carefull as Emery is weil aware of United's scoring power so will put out a 5-4-1 formation and hope that Auba can score a lucky goal of his back side... :unsure:
This is the sort of game that Ozil will shine in.... up north, Monday night... roll your sleves up kinda display. He has also had the international break off... so should be all fired up and raring to go.
Think this will be tough but fancy us to sneak it 2-1.
I know you're joking but maybe this would be a good game to play him in IMO. They are defensively solid and we have been lacking creativity. After the interview with Ornstein, Ozil would look pretty foolish if he started and put in a dire performance and Emery would give himself a bit more support over his previous exclusion.
