Is it me or are our players looking jaded in only the 3rd game of the season!
Everyone in the attack has been poor and we all know what happens when the 2 cogs (Saka and Odegaard) are underwhelming.
Luckily we are up and we are going to need our defence to win this game.
Its a shame Arteta bowed to pressure and started Trossard, I liked the formula of Martinelli doing all the huffing and puffing and Trossard coming in later to be the hero, but I guess seeing as its Brighton, he probably didn't want to piss off Trossard even more.
Anyway I think we missed a trick...I am almost certain Trossard would have guaranteed us a goal in the 2nd half if he'd come of the bench.
We are in trouble with both Partey and Rice getting stupid yellows and I think one of them needs to come off.
Our defence seems to me our only hope to win this game as we've got nothing on the bench that can change the dynamic.
This is what happens when you waste a 3 month transfer window.
