07-08 or09-10? Because 09-10 was pretty much all his fault. If we had aSzczesny we'd have walked the league. The GK denied us at least 10 points that season let alone gaining a few points like sir chez is now.

He can gtfo. Hope he's signed by some Russian pub team.
Next up is flogging that waste of space Chamakh.
The King Is Back.
Bout time really, never rated him always seemed to have an error in him and he made enough let's be honest, from the CL final to his last game. How long has it taken to get rid of the mediocre players, we seem to hold on to them longer than anyone else does.
He's a nice guy and a good professional but I'm glad he's gone tbh, I never thought he was anything more than a mediocre goalkeeper. He's a classic example of Wenger going for the cheap option rather than the right option, and that has cost us over the last 6 years.
my fave alumina moment.
on a serious note, i hope he does well wherever he goes. he never once moaned about us, always worked hard, gave his best and thats all i ever ask for. if the players who play for us give 100% then thats fine by me. he did that. not the best keeper nor the worst.

I had the pleasure of bring behind the goal he made all those wonderful saves in the first half and where we got our two. A wonderful night.Almunia had a good season in 08/09 but this was probably his finest hour:

Almunia was average at best. I'm not sure what other top club would have had him as number 1 for the length of time we did. Laughable that we stuck with him when he was making an error pretty much every other week, that wasn't his fault though of course.
Anyway,
Bye.
