well class doesnt disapear overnight. he has the experience, the winners knowhow/mentality, would be an impact signing, a guide to the younger players. which is what we want, well i do anyway. someone like hazard may have the impact but nothing else. and kaka may finish his career with us, hazard will fuck off to barca in 3 years

Arsenal should brace themselves for a bid for one of their few remaining midfielders as Wolfsburg are interested in Tomas Rosicky.

The Bundesliga side’s manager Felix McGrath is making wholesale changes and wants the Gunners midfielder to add some creativity to his squad.

Arsene Wenger has already lost Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri, and has sent Denilson on loan to Sao Paulo, leaving him short of options with Jack Wilshere struggling to overcome an ankle injury.

Wolfsburg have reinforced their defence with the signings of Liverpool’s Sotirios Kyrgiakos and Hrvoje Cale, from Trabzonspor, with Brazilian Cris set to join from Lyon.

McGrath now wants 30-year-old Rosicky to return to the German top-flight, where he spent five years with Dortmund before joining Arsenal for £10m in 2006, to replace current playmaker Diego.

Reports in German newspaper Bild claim Rosicky’s agent Pavel Paska has already held talks with the German side.

We work very hard on it I said that many times but we have as well many players out don't forget the team who played tonight if you look at the players who were out who are top class players I think we can be very positive as well.

For the first time in 4 years i actually want him to stay, he has been great this season. 100% effort and has made real impact he was brilliant last night when he came on. he also gives us the experience in the middle we are really lacking.
