CM Punk is possibly getting the loudest cheers of anybody at the moment, outside of The Rock. His merch has been outselling Cena too.

And nah Johnny is not a face. He's playing that tweener role (though only just about). I don't think anybody will be particularly convinced with that but it does make sense he would want to be seen as having control, given what happened with HHH. And everything that happened to HHH has stemmed through him, or whoever he is working for.

My feeling is that JR will beat Cole on Monday (in whatever his challenge is) and Cole will go on to be the full-time RAW GM or at least a more prominent TV role, unless it's just to humiliate JR again but why would JR sign up for that, again?

Problem was it was getting tedious, they should have found someone and shown him quick tbh all even made it Cole all along.

I liked it in the sense they could get a decision made clear to everyone without needing to bring somebody out. Look at Teddy Long who only ever comes out during action to make tag matches.
