BBC news on BBC one atm are talking to some minister and that question was put and he said that they are totally against rubber bullets, water canons and the army coming in.

Agree with everything you've said apart from the bit in bold. As you've said, "apparently", Mark Duggan was a drug dealer. This is the same way that "apparently" Jean Charles de Menezes was, for a split second, an Islamic terrorist and not an electrician from Brazil.

If the police are going to make such grave errors just based on someone's complexion, then I probably fear them more so than these mindless vandals.
