Harsh. They've got no other distractions and if Suarez and Sturridge keep scoring at the rate they're going at they've got as good as chance as anyone, even more so with their difficult games against City and Chelsea at home. I still think their midfield is lightweight and their defence is suspect but it's strikers that win you games.

Suarez does need fuck off though along with Rodgers and Sturridge. But apart from Real I don't anyone who'd be prepared to fork out the 60 odd million Liverpool will demand. He also does actually seem to be happy there and I actually think there's a strong chance that he might stay.

One thing I'll say is that I don't think their league form will be as good next season once they have to factor in the hassle of travelling around Europe, playing two games a week and hopefully having to cover for the loss of some of their best players.




Also giving the lack of pace in the team (barring Ox and Theo) I'm prefering Greizemann over Draxler now.

I don't think it's harsh at all, this is a club that tried to humiliate us over our legitimate bid for Suarez, I hope they go down in flames this season and then spiral into mid table....no room for sentiment. I despise them more than Man City or Chelsea, you can forgive them for being the way they are they are the nouveau riche who are always without class and its hard to regard anything they win of any merit. But the pure delusion of Liverpool fans is infuriating and they are desperately in need of being put in their place

Griezman would be great for us and will definitely add a different dimension to our game. I love the Pod and he gets important goals but he's not much of a "footballer" and isnt involved in the build up play enough.

An explosive striker, Griz and a DCM would significantly improve us next season (provided we keep the same team of course).
