    Yes. My preferred order is:

    Ajax
    Liverpool
Any other club in the history of football apart from Tottenham
    Tottenham

I don't want Liverpool to win the league and think it would be funny if they got 97 points and didn't but wouldn't mind them winning the CL. I'll be supporting Ajax if they get there but an English team winning it does give some minor reflected glory on the PL. Would be weird (and sickening given who one of the teams are) if both European finals were all English.

I don't want any other English team to win the CL other than us, watching other English teams win it is sickening IMO, would rather the likes of Barca/Real and co win it.

For a start we'll never hear the end of it, how amazing Liverpool are, their miraculous comeback, it's the same with Man City so was all to pleased to see them knocked out.

Also don't like other English teams winning as it really rubs it in as an Arsenal fan, they win the trophy we've tried and failed to win for years and perhaps will never win given the lack of desire to succeed at the club. It's like peering in through the window and wishing you were inside.

On top of that it's Liverpool 2nd CL final in two years and they're challenging for the league despite having American owners who haven't injected huge amounts but have at least tried to pick the right managers and have strived for success, they're where we could have been if we had any ambition, instead we're languishing as also rans whilst they're going from strength to strength, spending on big players whilst we scrape around for bargain basement nobodies.

Truth is we know the owner isn't interested, but the last administration really wasted all our resources to the point that we have no real saleable assets to re-build our team with, we already know money isn't going to be injected so we're left in limbo going nowhere. If things had been done properly we could have been Liverpool, sadly that boat has now sailed.

We probably have to accept we're going to be watching these other English sides succeed now and won't be doing so ourselves for the foreseeable future at least.

Yes that’s what hurts the most, feeling like you’re on the outside looking in.

    Football.

Can only hope we fluke our way to Champions League via the backdoor method and build from there.

Is this the most irritating comeback in history? It’s doing my head in! Yes Liverpool were good but Barcelona were pathetic, reminded me of us at our worst under Wenger.

It's pretty rare that teams play well and lose a 3 goal lead though. That's the nature of a comeback.

Think of the poor Everton fans though. Not only do they support a shit team and see the coverage in the media the same as everyone else, they have to share a city with us.
