Ultimately, he's responsible for results. If he has lost the dressing room then it's because he's such an unpleasant personality that no-one can stick working with him for long. He's never stayed at a club that long.

I saw that, saw it was written by fatty so I didn't bother reading it. Already knew what he'd say. These guys are a joke. They spend a whole season telling us how amazing each and every chav is and how so-and-so is the best in the world at his position and how whats-his-face is in thing-a-majig's world all time eleven and blah, blah.
