i think he and Santi as a good as each other, but i bet if we sold Santi you would be in uproar especially if we sold him to united like chelsea have with mata.

I wouldn't want to sell Cazorla, for a start he plays quite often, however he's not been that amazing this season, he's been very hit and miss, despite his undoubted talent.

You were however claiming that Mata was their best player but that Cazorla was worth as much despite him being hit and miss, so how can Mata be their best player?

The fact is that Mata has hardly featured this season and thus has had little or no impact on where they are and can't be considered their best player.

Yes he's strengthened Man U, I'd argue they're not a rival though, they're 14 points behind us and have no chance of winning the title.

Wenger sold RVP who was a regular, the guy who was winning us most of our games and our real only goalscorer of any note, we'd not proved we could perform without him before we sold him. Mata isn't a key player for Chelsea, they have Oscar, Hazard and William, more than enough talent and the players who have been the ones responsible for Chelsea's wins this season, not Mata.

Mourinho didn't see Mata fitting into his team, didn't play him and Chelsea have done fine without him, so he sold him because he wasn't going to play him and was apparently keeping FFP regulations in mind as well. Man U wanted him paid big money, everyone's happy.

Mata is surplus to requirements at Chelsea. They already have players that can play in his position without having to buy. We're still without a top striker and missing someone like RVP. It's no comparison.
