Do you think that Muzza is spent, having done Wimbledon - and may not be able to sustain the intensity required for another grand slam?
Putting the laughter back into manslaughter
It could be that he set out all he wanted to achieve and is finding it hard to create another goal in his mind away from Wimbledon but I think this is a physical issue, post surgery and would be a physical reason as to why he can't grasp any intensity back. For guys like Murray and Djokovic, if they lose even a small amount of their physical ability around court it's going to affect their game greatly. In the case of a back injury, when you need corrective surgery for it, it's only going to make a big negative impact in lieu of that court ability.
Murray could be right in what was stated and that it was going to take 6 months for him to get it right but I'm not so sure he is going to reach the level he worked very hard to achieve - I don't think he's going to be able to work that hard again.
