Dixon v Coventry
It's better to burn out, than to fade away.
Steve Bruce sacked.
Wenger for Villa.
NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.
Things really are medieval in Birmingham.
"Why don't GHELs get a chance at big clubs?"
Brucey fails at a big club in the Championship.

"Why don't GHELs get a chance at big clubs?"
"Brucey for United!"
Brucey loses first ten games as United manager.
Brucey fired.
"Why don't GHELs get a chance at big clubs?"
Intriguing this year. For the first time I don’t think it’s cut and dry that Messi or Ronaldo will win it.

Chelsea and City
I'd say it's between the '99 Utd side - you can't really argue with the treble, they got lucky at times but you get that in any cup run - and the Invincibles.
The latter for me, but I am biased. I think that side from 2002-4 was one of the great club sides and, looking back, it shows that Wenger always had some weaknesses as a side that good really should have won 3 titles in a row and a European Trophy.
Yeah, I feel we arguably underachieved with that side because at the time we were quite significantly better than the competition and also the Champions League wasn't the closed shop it is now.
