    Good point on athelete-ball.

These type of players thrive in this league and our lack of them is one of the reasons we dropped so rapidly after the Invincibles were sold off.

It's a shame about Diaby but we need to move him on now. Hopefully he can have some sort of career elsewhere but I think we need to look at other options.

Don't know much about M'Vila but if signing him means Ramsey sees less game time, then I'm all for it.

on Abou Diaby, who was on the bench at Stoke…
He is out. He has a calf problem. He will probably be out for the two games we have left.

    http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-arc...knee-procedure

England international Jack Wilshere is continuing to recover very well from the injury to his right ankle which ruled him out of action for the 2011/12 season.

However, his ongoing rehabilitation has seen a long-standing slight issue with his patella tendon in his left knee flare up.

As a result, Jack will travel to Sweden for a minor procedure on his left knee in the next few days. This procedure is not expected to significantly affect Jack's comeback ahead of next season.

On returning to England, Jack will resume his rehabilitation with the Arsenal medical team over the summer.
Come on the Swedes. Sort him out.

So far we've seen Eduardo and Ramsey in the minus column after long term layoffs, RvP and (to a lesser degree) Theo in the plus column and Diaby in the obituary column. Fingers crossed for Jack, we need him badly and we need him to be playing at the levels we saw before this injury.

Clichy in the plus column too. Pires? Think he came back slower from his injury but he was clever enough that it didn't matter.

Rosicky had a good season too didn't he?

It's not a leg break ala Eduardo, Ramsey and Diaby, so I'm hoping Jack comes out of it unscathed.
