When Wenger comes out and says we're good enough to challenge for the title why don't they point out to him it's hardly realistic when his team crashed out of all competitions early last season and were a long way away in the title hunt. Why don't they point out that in 8 years of him saying this his team haven't generally been that close.

He comes out with these words but noone seems to question this rather illogical conclusion he comes to, they just accept it, I'd really like some of these reporters to question him a bit further on these matters and point out to him that despite what he says as every season passes we seem to be getting further and further away.

It's frustrating that after all this time noone asks the questions that need to be asked.

I'm not for one second dismissing the idea that this could all be hearsay. Given the bullshit flying around, it could well be.

But it does seem rather close to what we know about Wenger, what we know about Kronke, and what we know about fan discontent.
