But his best is rare now. He doesn't have that spark anymore.
he doesnt, but he'd score goals. stick him in the box, get balls into him, hed put them away. i reckon though a change of club might bring that spark back out again. a different manager, different team. i wonder if players get bored winning with the same club almost every year and maybe want a new challenge. win with someone else?

Has anyone notcied the SSN side bar on summer transfers when it comes to Arsenal! It's so depressing buy yet laughable, when you see the amount of players who have left the club, then you see 1 signing on a free. Whilist AW is playing poker with Liverpool, the first game of the season is only round the corner. What makes him seriously think this team will be fighting for the title? They are at best a top 4/5 side, even the spudz are making some really good signings. Why waste most of the money on a player who is banned for the best part of August & September, who is volatile and can lose it anytime. Why not get those highly paid lazy arse scouts looking for players. What has happened to our once great scouting network? FFS what is going on, some much money in the bank, probably more than the bank of england, yet all we have to show is a free agent under 21 players. This **** wenger takes the piss out of the fans. If I was at the ground on members day I would have spat right in his face from my disgust.

A change may do him good, as a great woman once said. But alternatively a few months of bad form/disinterest would turn him into a genuine fat fuck. Not just the jokey Arshavin type. And there would be no coming back from that.

Shrek is far more of a risk than evil Suarez would be. When Suarez is playing, you're guaranteed mostly good performances and he's always fit. If there was a chance to have a consistently motivated Shrek, I'd probably choose him though.

I think there's a spelling error, it's Gooney, Wayne Gooney.

Wayne Gooney has just confirmed it.

Nothing wrong with that no matter how ridiculous it sounds.

It's what this thread is for.

As for Wazza, time he came home

Wazza could sit on his arse for most of the season and then just bring him on for the big games tbf.

His wages would be silly though I imagine.

Just seen Miguel went on loan too

Have we got any players left
It's better to burn out, than to fade away.
