Not really Bould is his own man and knows what it means to wear the shirt and will drum this into the lads what they need. no way is Bould a yes man.

Getting someone from outside is not guarenteed to change anything it would only be someone Wenger wants anyway so whats the diffrence.

Bould is no way the same as rice and no way has the same ideas. we need freshness and with Bould thats what we'll get.

I didn't say Adams would be shit, he'd do for me too. No problems with Adams at all. People say he failed in his last position but picking up experience is not a failure. We need a bit of passion at this club to drown out the continuous din of cash registers coming from upstairs. Adams and Bould can do that no problem. Even if they are total shite tactically, they couldn't make it any worse than it is now. But if they brought any of that fighting spirits then we'd be better off.
