I ask this every transfer window ... and I always forget the answer by the next transfer window - but how exactly does it work if you're signing (or selling) a player to or from a European country where they are 1 or 2 hours ahead of GMT?

Or is it a generic time all over this year?

You could have asked for a delay in time by Uefa/the Fa, to get all the papaer work in.
