Based on the price Kroenke's offering, it would value the club at a staggering £1.726 billion or $2.3 billion (by current rates), placing us as the fifth most valuable football team on the planet (behind Utd, RM, Barca and Bayern).

Usmanov might as well sell up. It’s pretty clear he’s never going to be anything more than someone looking in over the fence. Kroenke is a cancer and it doesn’t really matter how much he owns, Arsenal being competitive on the pitch will never be considered a priority to him as long as we are competitive off it.

That would be a disaster for us, he no longer needs to make much of the information public as we can become a private company and he could make us a US company in which case he could use the club as leverage.
If that happens we're stuck with him for the long run, this guy is the worst thing to have ever happened to Arsenal, he's got zero interest in the sporting side but is intent on keeping hold of the club.
