Rosicky should be playing instead of Ramsey. Cazorla should be playing through the middle and Campbell deserves his chance on the wing.

hmm i agree with two of your points (Cazorla and Campbell), but Rosicky i know he hasn't played much this season but he's been atrocious when he has played at 34 and very little pace left he has gone really and the best thing we can do is let him go asap.
