They're having a laugh if they think they can get 20 million for Hernandez. A guy who's a bench player and has barely featured at all the past couple of seasons is never going for that much. Mind you, I wouldn't mind having him over here as backup.


There's also a lot of talk on there about spending big on more attacking players which really is missing the real problem: Moyes. Rooney, RVP, Mata, Januzaj and Kagawa all still represent real quality players - I'd take any of them here in a second. It's absoutely staggering that Moyes is unable to form any sort of coherent attack combination from that group, which is why he needs to stay for as long as possible. A competent manager could be able to make that group into the most lethal attacking group in the PL.

The RVP-Rooney partnership wasn't really working this season anyway, bar the Olympiakos game. And Moyes certainly doesn't have the balls to drop one of them, so this might be a blessing in disguise and allow them to utilise the £37m Mata more effectively and play him centrally behind Rooney.

Then again with Rooney dropping into his own 6 yard box every 20 seconds they may end up with no one up front, unless they put in someone like Welbeck.

Not only that, but there are rumours going around about some Qatar based consortium (let's be honest, gang of thieves and rapists) wanting to slime their way into the club. And, this really could be made up media shit of course, they are fronted by the likes of Beckham and Giggs (absolute masters at running a major club like Utd).
