Arsène Wenger has conceded that Laurent Koscielny is a doubt for the final game of Arsenal’s Asia Tour 2013.
The Gunners take on Urawa Reds in the Saitama City Cup on Friday but are likely to be without the French defender, who is nursing an ankle problem and missed Monday’s win against Nagoya Grampus.
Wojciech Szczesny and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also played no part in that game but Wenger expects both to be fit for the match.
“Koscielny is a big doubt,” the boss said. “Oxlade-Chamberlain should be alright, Szczesny should be alright as well. I say 80 per cent Chamberlain and Szczesny and maybe 30 per cent for Koscielny. It's a minor ankle problem.”
