Very important match for the 4th place trophy. They are going to miss Skrtel and Captain fantastic. Hopefully none of our players will be injured after the international fixtures.
I'll be in Vegas for my bachelor party and this game is at 4:45am for me.. looks like a 'straight from the club' match for me!
Last time that happened in Vegas, we played Spurs and we beat them 3-0 (Cesc solo goal), so the omens are good. I wont ditch Arsenal like Letters did last month..

Our performance is entirely dependent on what state the players come back after the break. Arsenal-Liverpool games are always eventful though.

Although we could have Arteta, Debuchy, Ox and Wilshere back. Even Gnabry is playing for the German U21s. Of course, they'll all pick up another setback injury on the Friday evening before the game.
WUMger has to make sure he nullifies their energy and exploits their weaknesses in defence without Squirtle and in the wide areas. Which he won't.
Anyway, they've only beaten us twice in the last 15 or something and just once at home in a century I think. It really does depend on the state some of our players return in. Although, Monreal, Coquelin and BFG will have had a good break.
I'm going for it. We'll score 3 for the second time in 10 game. 3-1 tbh.

Gerrard isn't such a big miss, though Skrtel has been pretty good recently (no middle ground with him; he's either very good or proper shite) so he will be a loss. Sturridge has been off colour, Sterling will be anonymous if he plays at fucking wing back again.
Sterling at wing-back is mental really.
Rodgers would be SLAMMED and HAMMERED for that if he wasn't a GHEL.
Sturridge seems to have become a greedy bastard again, but he still has that explosive finishing out of nowhere, from any angle, which is annoying.

He won't play this team but hey.... As much as I think he has been lucky to play as much as he has, Welbeck has tended to look really good on the wing so I wouldn't be too annoyed if he started wide or if Chamberlain did.

I think Debuchy will be fit before this game. Wonder if he will start over Bellerin. Also, Walcott is done at the club, so he will be on the bench. I'm hoping Ox plays instead on the wings and Ramsey plays instead of Ozil.
