solid first half, had 3 really good chances that we simply cannot waste. we look dangerous on the break through Theo, Alexis and Ozil. Bayern are a top side and will open us up at some point its hard to chase the ball all game and keep your concentration going.

Coquelin has done Wenger's job for him. He pulled the defence together and dropped a bit deeper to help them. That has made it harder for Bayern to slice through us.
Because we're sitting off them, he's coming inside, so a simple ball out wide to Costa leaves Bellerin isolated. He's learning all sorts of lessons tonight he wouldn't come close to in the PL.Quote:

Good on the counter brought two excellent saves from Neuer, Bellerin needs help dealing with Costa....we have kept Lewandowski quiet but still too passive letting them weave pretty patterns through us....need to get in their faces more....early ball distribution when we've won back possession has been generally good.
Costa is a beast, wow. So good on the ball, fast, strong, tricky and scary to face.
Ozil should have gone high with that early shot.
