Zimm misses the point, that a lot of our game this season has been to let the opposition have the ball more, be patient and hit hard and fast. We just couldn't get that killer ball off.

I thought we were on top for large parts of the 2nd half. Dortmund didn't control the game at all, they controlled the first 15 minutes or so and their movement and passing was largely superior to ours in terms of effectiveness, but they didn't control the game.Quote:

I do agree though that we're not yet a top tier CL club, there is no shame in that. Dortmund for me are a superior team and a tier one CL club along with the likes of Bayern, Barca and Real. On current form we sit in the group behind with the other Prem clubs, though you could argue that Man City and Chelsea are superior to us, especially in terms of Squad depth.
The acid test will come when we face the likes of Man U, Liverpool, Chelsea et al in the Prem to see how far we have come.
