Like I say, it would've been really interesting to see how it would've panned out had Suarez shaken hands with Evra. Turdinand, I'm guessing, still wouldn't have offered his hand to Suarez, but I'm sure he wouldn't have got anywhere near the same backlash.

When have the BBC ever used footage from Sky before, this is what I'm asking....

When you consider the context and the consequence, it seems like needless media attention, all in all. It smacks of 'we want to see what Kenny Dalglish makes of a handshake that never happened, as opposed to what he thought about 90 minutes of football'. Am I the only one who thinks that is ridiculous?

Finally. And that's all it needed. I doubt the media will consider it 'dealt with' now though, even though they suggested they would but at least that part of the mess is sorted.
