Hope these reports on Bif aren't true.
But hopefully it forces Wenget into the market though.
Looked up Cerci - he's a second tier winger/ striker with a very average goal scoring record, average assist record and an early career plagued by injury, although he seems to have overcome that in the last two seasons. 27 years old, 13 caps for Italy (no goals).
Sounds like a like for like replacement for Giroud if there's any truth to our interest.
Welbeck would give us nothing. Remy wants all our money. Eto'o would be a bigger joke than Balotelli. But we know Wenger, he'll go with Sanogo and hope Alexis beds in and Walcott hits the ground running. Would rather he do that than waste money on garbage but would prefer us to for once say fuck it and chase Cavani or Falcao, turn adversity into a triumph for a change (instead of compounding it).
Who'd have thought the two key positions where we need strengthening would so quickly fall apart. Only Arsenal fans I suppose.
Podolski has to stay now, surely? If Bif is out for months.
Which is why I'm confident he'll be sold.
Manolas to join Roma
If we don't sign another forward... I think Giroud will get the Gilberto syndrome where while the player is out injured he becomes better and more important to the team than when he is actually playing.
How did Giroud get injured?

A challenge towards the end of the game.
What's the odds on us signing a player like Eto'o on loan if Giroud is out for 3 months?
