Both have their limitations, Flamini running about like a maniac can have its benefits but ultimately it's still going to leave us with a big gap in midfield if we don't select the right people around and he's more than likely to get himself suspended. It's why I think Gibbs is the better option in the bigger games, he has the recovery pace that Monreal does not.Quote:

Flamini was getting a lot of praise earlier on in the season, not convinced he's ever been good enough, couldn't get a game at Milan and they were happy to let him leave which says a lot given Milan's level these days.
Generally you get what you pay for on the whole, he was free.
