Ok following on from this I did read about Jota’s accident. Tyre blowout which caused him to lose control of the car and upon impact the car burst into flames

Yes, the early indications are he wasn't being particularly reckless.
Reyes was. Still a tragedy but as a friend is wont to say, you play silly games you win silly prizes.
