That Lucy Bronze is one of those you would say enjoys defending, probably to the point of being slightly masochistic…doesn’t feel like she’s had a proper game unless she’s had to strap or tape something up

I didn’t quite mean it literally when I said Bronze was a masochist, but she’s been playing with a fractured tibia (shin bone). Which is a pretty reckless thing to be doing….not just risking what’s left of her career but risking long term health problems including crippling arthritis or mobility issues

Well I’m sure she will think it all worth it when she can’t even walk before she reaches 60 because of crippling osteoarthritis arthritis because of the unnecessary strain she put on the leg, but hey.
