Come on Wenget.
Now we must observe the waiting period.
Swansea in talks with Lyon for Gomis.
I remember him.
Everyone is spending apart from us, Southampton are paying £13m for Wanyama, and have bid £15m for Naingolann.
Cardiff are being linked with Cardozo for £15m and spent £8m on Ince :haha:
Cardiff are going for Ince?
Oh thank the Lord!
Didn't Ince do better than Zaha last season?
Shit being better than shit or however you say it...
Our non-serious bids for Higuain and Rooney are about to be trumped by serious bids? Shocking news.
He won't be comingQuote:
QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar has opened the door to a potential move to Arsenal by admitting he is keen to stay in London.
The Brazil international's future looks set to be resolved in the next few weeks following the end of the Confederations Cup.
Cesar is wanted back in Italy with Roma keen to sign the experienced stopper, but last month Goal revealed Arsenal had opened formal talks with QPR over a €1.2 million deal for the 33-year-old.
And speaking after their 3-0 Confederations Cup final victory over Spain, Cesar told reporters: "Now I have to do things right at my club so I can be considered for the World Cup.
"Did my son say he wants to stay in London? Yes, me too. I love the city and I’m enjoying living there."
QPR manager Harry Redknapp is expecting to lose his first-choice goalkeeper and has already admitted that Cesar's future lies away from Loftus Road.
Cesar was awarded the Golden Glove following Brazil's Confederations Cup triumph, conceding just three goals and making several impressive saves to deny the Spaniards in the final.
"I’m very happy for winning the Golden Glove," he added. "It’s a great award and it’s going to my collection."
Or going on a Bender either...

Bayer Leverkusen turn down a £19.7m offer from Arsenal for German international Lars Bender, 24, says the German Express newspaper.
We ain't signing anyone of note. Gone are the days when Dein went and got shit done. We ( gazidis) make the right noises, but sign fuck all. I thought we may have had done our business, and were waiting for July 1 to announce it. Usual bullshit prevails, and another year watching others win trophies beckons.
We aren't signing anyone til after the CL plays offs are decided.
By then we'll be out of the title race
Thanks Wenger.
You can't win the title in August.
You can lose it.
No you can't.
The 2nd leg of the qualifier is after 2 games. We only have 3 league games in August. Stop being silly
Although, of course we need to make our signings before that. We've never not qualified from the qualifiers anyway, that shouldn't be a factor.
It was 2 years ago which was the last time we were in the qualifiers and of course that was when we lost to Liverpool at home playing extremely shit and that defeat at Old Trafford.
Another time we were out of the title race in August.
Mathematically no, of course not but realistically yes
I'd rather not, let them have them
Arsenal's Jack Wilshere keen on Man Utd striker Wayne Rooney
http://www1.skysports.com/football/n...r-Wayne-Rooney
The price for Rooney can't be near £20m can it ? United got him ahead of his best years for £24m, should be ~£10m now
He's what, 27?
He'll be £20m+
Swansea have now joined the race for Tom Ince.
Nicklas Bendtner is set to complete a move from Arsenal to Eintracht Frankfurt this week, the fee is believed to be £4.5m.
In financial terms he is a Toxic Asset
I always used to think he was a reasonable squad player, but despite some crucial goals for us he generally stinks up the place....not only is he a terrible finisher he's also lazy
I'll miss Bendtner. One of our best defenders.

Project youths biggest flop?
Such a big game ^ and we played Bendnter up front.

Going to follow in the footsteps of bendtner, Chamcrap, Park, Jeffers, etc etc. we have just started to unload the dead wood and we buy an injury prone bit part player. Wenger, you really take the fucking biscuit.

Yaya Somebloke has been signed. Speculation over, business done. At least we got it out of the way early.
