i saw an interesting theory today about why we haven't announced any deals or are taking our time. if you were united, and you saw that we had signed, higuain, fellani etc you would see us as a threat so therefore either charge sky high prices for rooney or just dont sell him as they wouldnt want to strengthen us further so we havnt announced any deals because we want to secure rooney first.

its an interesting theory, i think there could be something to it, if i was united wouldnt sell a rival another striker and strenghten them if they had already bought a world class one, so maybe the club is just wanting to do a mass announcement.

Project youth, what a disaster that was. We don't make any money on these guys either, think of how much money we've wasted on wages for these guys, it's way more than we ever get back for them in transfer fees.
