Currently, I think bendtner (12mill), denilson (6mill), clichy (9-19mill) alumina (2mill) and Arshavin (13mill) are practically sorting out personal terms with other clubs.
That's 40-50mill raised without nasri or cesc leaving not including any money in the bank from past player sales and property deals.
Parker is ideal because he's realistic. Wenger won't spend any serious money on the top names so we are forced to look in the bargain bin. It's a sad fact that Parker and Arsenal are now at the same level, if nobody else wants Parker (which most certainly isn't the case) then that's because our major rivals (or should I say ex-rivals as we have now moved down a level) are busy playing at a higher level. Given the tight-wad won't spend the big cash, Parker would provide the steel we need in a team full of weeds and the Hammers might be forced to play Wenger's pathetic game of under-bidding.
