Because PSG and Monaco have changed the dynamic of the transfer market and although Wenger is using it as an excuse i think he is right, in the current environment a player worth 10m will cost a club 20m, a player like Falcao who for me is worth no more than 20-25m sells for 60million etcQuote:

Now I wouldn't 10 million is an insult for what is essentially their best player, what world do you live in? Yes he cost 5 million but that's when he was an unknown in France a bit different I'd say. Look what we paid for Gervinho and Vermaelen and Koscielny essentially nobodies, you can't expect to pay the same for a player from the PL who happens to be a clubs arguably best player.Quote:
