    Dropping in form players

Anyone find it weird whenever a player is in form we drop him. Lucas Perez was dropped after a good performance V Basel , dropped after a series of good cameos, Welbeck dropped after scoring twice and Theo Walcott dropped after a hatrick how are any of these players meant to build any sort of form? It's weird because we clearly have taken emerging, last season every time Joel Campbell played well he was dropped as well it's like these players can't catch a break. There's too much loyality to Ramsey,Ozil etc

The Chelsea game will tell us whether he's permanently abandoned Alexis upfront.

Totally wrong, sends the wrong message out, tells players it doesn't matter how well you perform, if you're not one of the chosen few you won't get regular game time. No wonder players lack motivation on the pitch.

Endless excuses will come from him about fitness concerns and looking at the history of a player but it's just further proof he can't manage the situation.

The guy fucked up on Saturday. He fucking knew Walcott was on a hattrick but he left him on the pitch. What happens next? Walcott gets the hattrick. Unacceptable complacency from a guy who gets paid millions a year.

I didn't expect Welbeck to start two games in a row at this stage of his come back, but no reason to drop Oxlade and Perez who both played well and are relatively fresh compared to some of our other players.

But it wasn't just Giroud and Ramsey off the boil last night, to a man they were absolute pony in the first half. The manager has to take the blame for that one.

Team i'd have played last night

Cech, Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Gibbs, Coquelin, Ox, Ozil, Iwobi, Walcott, Sanchez

Subs: Welbeck, Perez, Niles Maitland, Rene Adelaide, Holding, Gabriel, Ospina

Sensible team. And the tactics? We're at home, we need 3 points, go for it from the first whistle to the last.

    Instead?

This is why he has to go.

the game plan is immaterial because there never is a game plan, so the side that's picked is the determining factor in how we play.

Gabriel i like the guy but he's not a right back why are we wrapping Bellerin in cotton wool

    Monreal is just too slow

Ramsey doesn't fit into the side neither does Giroud, they aren't terrible players.....but there is just no call for them in a home game where we need to be quick out the blocks.

Because he might get injured and then he wouldn't be able to play... DOH!
