5 transfers from within Premiership/Championship, budget up to 50million

1.Begovic 13million (replaces Fabianski, serious challenge for number 1)
2.Caulker 7million (replaces no one unless Vermaelen goes as we risked only 3 CBs all season)
    3.Remy 10million (replaces Bendtner)
    4.Schneiderlin 12million (replaces Kållstrom, diaby?)
    5.Micah Richards 8million (replaces Sagna)

All those are spot on, except 2.

    and 1, 4 and 5.
NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.

Well he'd be my first choice back up if not number 1 and Stoke wouldn't let him leave on the cheap…Maybe Vorm would be a better option there.

We're being linked with Marshall from Cardiff.

Read that we offered £6m for him

Stekelenburg would probably be the best choice for a back-up keeper - I can't imagine he came in on cheap wages, so Fulham will probably be keen to get him off the wage bill, and they also seem to prefer Stockdale these days anyway, so even if he'd only be coming in as backup to Szcz, I'm sure he'd rather be sitting on our bench than theirs...

I think he looks like the best option for a DM that we've been linked with so far, outside of the more unrealistic, mega-expensive names like Martinez or Pogba (who may not even be that defensive?) - probably a better option than Lars Bender (although I admit I know very little about the German lad, and what he's about). Been at Southampton for 6 years now too, so hopefully they wouldn't stand in his way if he asked for a move...
