Cech is playing bit surprised but it does show that Wenger must want to go further in this competition otherwise Macey would play despite lack of experience.
The most important thing about this is resting all the outfield players that played against Everton.
I would like to see at least 10 changes, preferably 11 with Cech on the bench.

Just looking through our first team, we are royally fucked! Our squads midfield is completely decimated- Ramsey, Wilshere, Arteta, Rosicky. We will not win the title with our squad already stretched thin in October, and we dont buy reinforcements in January.

the likes of Jack, Rozza and Arteta would have featured had they been fit so this does stretch us a bit.
Having a look back we have a dreadful record at Hillsborough....they spent eight seasons in the premier league and we won there once. And before that hadn't won there since 1968 in the league (although to be fair they weren't in the division one most of the time)
