The silky midfield of Gustavo, Fernandinho, Paulinho and Ramires will be allowed to hack, scythe, barge, punch, stab and pinch at will.

Considering their only threat is from set pieces, it would make sense for Mertesacker to start and just nonchalantly clear everything that comes into the box as he usually does. They should maybe bring Gotze back into the team and just wear Brazil down by keeping the ball. Should be about 92% possession for Germany.

Easy win for Germany if no corruption is involved.
