Haven't seen him play and don't know anything about him but in my opinion he's a superb defender.

    Welcome to Arsenal .

    The Brazilian Koscielny .

    The non-shit David Luiz .

    The uncapped Thiago Silva .

Will we secure a work permit?
Arsene Wenger, the only football manager that got paid 8 million quid to do nothing but sit on his arse..

Very little hope of that but it doesn't really matter because he definitely doesn't have a broken back.

work permit will not be a big problem as he should satisfy one of the 3 following conditions :
1)Having played 75% of games with his national team : he has nil game .
    2) Having cost around or more than 10m . He definitely got this one .
    3) Being a special talent . Not sure but Wenger might convince them.

He has 75 % of chances to secure a work permit .

Well based on the 6m Indians that have successfully moved over, I'd say yes.

Yes but Paulista isn't planning to claim benefits so he probably won't qualify for a permit.
