    Superb

Fenerbahce were rubbish he hardly needed to do anything. Making the odd save doesn't count as being superb, but I guess it does to some fans.

No, come on. I noticed the kid seems to step up when he's under pressure. His place has been under threat (well not really because we never sign anyone) and his performances have improved. Tells me he's up for the fight but complacent the rest of the time. Which is exactly why people are saying we need some competition for the starting place to push him. Godd for him, good for the club. That's why Wenger won't do anything.

Bookies have us narrow favourites which I think we are now that a few first team players are confirmed fit. Not looking forward too playing them in 6 months though, if their team comes together. They will be clear favourites for that one.

Spurs 3nil up by half time, 90% boo the fuck out of the team, we get back to 2-3 miss shitloads of chances the place gets torched.
Not going as skool work taking longer than hoped, so Dad will be going with Suffolk Gooner to abuse the scum, probably shout at the Spuds too.

"After all, it was the Gunners’ goalkeeper who started the move that culminated in Thomas’ crowning glory. It was Lukic who, in injury time, decided to throw the ball out to Lee Dixon rather than lump it long..."

considering playing at home for us at the moment is more like playing away from home considering how the way we set up leaves us prone to being slaughtered on the counter attack i think i would take a draw if it was offered, that said i don't see us losing unless we commit on field suicide or the officiating is at dreadful as it was against Aston Villla.

The problem is we are going to lose a lot of the effectiveness of Santi Cazorla by playing him on the wing (but really what choice do we have) i think in the last three games him and Tomas Rosicky have been excellent in a creative sense for us and for all the money Spurs have spent they haven't really improved their defence which like ours can be extremely ponderous at times...conversely without Bale they won't offer anywhere near as much threat to us through pace.

Unlike that prat who rightly got himself banned from this board i see no merit in hoping that we lose in order for Wenger to make signings, because he should be able to see for himself without us losing that we are in need of recruitment even if just to bolster the squad.

A win combined with a loss or a draw for United would see the table looking a lot more favourable for us come Sunday night, only a point behind Chelsea and potentially on the same amount of points as Spurs and City and on more than United.

I'd love to look back on the Villa game come November and be able to see it as a one off aberration...I certainly don't think it is, but given additions to the team it could well prove to be (and no i am not confident of that whatsoever but there's no reason not to be hopeful).

All the Major pundits are expecting either a draw or a Narrow Arsenal win....
