It seems Tottenham Hotspur have the audacity to apply for public funds to build their ground.

Logically, if said application is deemed acceptable, AFC will be entitled to backdated public aid under the same statute.

I suspect there a massive legal can of worms the Totts are opening if they get the funding they clearly don't deserve...
