I wouldn't put us at Bayern's level (or Barca or Real, while we're here) but I wouldn't put any English club in that bracket.
Only City significantly outscored us last year and that was with quite long term injuries to Walcott and Giroud.
I would be happier with a top striker but IMO there's plenty of goals in this team.
