He gets his teams to over-perform for a period of time and then comes the catastrophic collapse. Same will happen in this case. Redknapp has left a trail of mediocre results and financial disaster behind him. How he's considered to be a good manager based on his record is a mystery. He's more a myth. A myth that's about to waltz into the England job, possibly pull of a semi-final appearance and then doom the nation for a decade. Plus he's a crook, of course. A clever one though, nothing ever sticks.

We'll see how his team gets on now they are within striking distance of the top. They'll collapse.
