He's probably got 2 more years where he can sustain the sort of performances he had in 2011. I can see him leaving at the end of the season, knowing that time is running out for him to be an integral part of a trophy winning side.

He has asked the Arsenal to buy more decent players and I have no problem with that. He has been a good captain and has not spoken against the club. He has a few years left to get some trophies - I don't think he plays the game for the money, he wants to win. If the club are not going to make that possible by refusing to get the players we need then, like Cesc and Henry, I would quite understand if he moved to a club who show serious signs of actually wanting to win something. He should go to somewhere like Barca where winning is everything and I would accept that he had not been left with any choice. I don't think it fair to expect him to carry on propping up a club that can't be arsed - for whatever reason - to make a serious attempt to win trophies.
