We're alright at fullback, CB is iffy, but as long as it doesn't have Terry in it I'm happpy.
Young out left, Theo/Lemon/Johnson/whoever out right, Sturridge up top, or Rooney when he plays his one game...

I don't know why Carrick isn't in the picture, he's a better passer than anyone in the squad. But yes when Sir Jack mans up, England have a pretty good player to build around there for the next 10 years.
